I started off at the decent pace from Tempaku Park. I originally intended to do circuit training with mix of trail run of side tracks around the park. I’ve got the second thought and turned that to along the river long run. The run along the river is definitely more refreshing with changes of scenery. Tempaku River is sort of little bit deserted, hence the tracks along the river side becomes quasi single tracks – that I like 🙂
I hit the Y-shaped that’s the middle of two streams and decided to run back. I managed to hit below 50 mins for 10km.
