I didn’t manage to run in Tokyo as much as I used to do, and I gained 1kg – which means 1kg loss of muscle and 2kg gain of fat. Very bad news to me.
I shot out for quick run this afternoon. The temperature is now down to 17 degrees even in sunny afternoon. I wore some skins top and legs under my usual running shorts and shirts. I took the shirts out in half way as it’s getting warm during my run. The low temperature helped me push on pace and managed to finish 5km short run below 25 mins.
